Rahul Nigam, an Indian Army Captain and an ex National Defense Academy (NDA) graduate, brought with him the earnest and diligence associated with the Defense forces of India. At 30 years of age, he had the right mix of energy, enthusiasm and vision with which he plunged into building not just a successful operation but a multi-location multi million dollar company employing over 500 people that it has now become.
Dr. Sanjay Pandey - Managing Director
A Ph.D in Organometallic Chemistry has played a key role in establishing process controls and ensuring chemistry of surface treatment chemicals in chemical baths and chemicals sourced from suppliers by updating our laboratories as required from time to time. Associated with MSTPL since inception, has the managerial dexterity to complement his technical acumen and is the driving force behind all the qualitative initiatives.
Ms. Seema Sethi
An entrepreneur who graduated from the field of academics to administration to setting up the first unit in the Plating zone, Gurgaon backed by MOEF approval.
A double post -graduate in Economics and Education, she has taught Economics at Jaihind College, Bombay and was Vice Principal of a leading school in Delhi before taking the plunge in 1999 to set up a Hard Chrome Plating unit followed by LTC , Tin and Silver plating facilities.
Her dynamic leadership and inter-personal skills have helped her stride ahead in a field where few women dare and progress with ‘quality ‘ stamped as her hallmark.
